    Default Chocolate Buttermilk Pie

Aw man, is this one good & easy!!!!!

    1 stick softened salted butter
    1.5 cups sugar
    2 tsp vanilla
    1/8 tsp salt
Use electric mixer to blend well. Then add
    1 cup buttermilk
    4 eggs
    Mix again, then add
    2 Tbsp flour
    1/4 cup cocoa
    Mix again.
Pour into one deep dish pie shell OR you can make 2 thin pies in regular crusts. Bake at 400 for 10 minutes, then 350 for about 20 minutes. Let it cool, then git after it!!!!

    Enjoy, Y’all!

I do not. I let them come up to room temperature, but I don’t pre bake. I think that’s what the first 400 is for.

Not to question the recipe but do we use AP or Self Rising flour? I'm making this TODAY! My mouth waters asking this question. I will follow up with pictures after the first slice is cut.
