    Default Leftover Crawfish?

Get some help after the boil and peel everything.

First sauté some andouille with onions and bell pepper.
Then add your tails when that is done.

Then add in the cooked bow tie pasta and alfredo sauce.

Plate it up with some garlic bread.

just my opinion ,but i would do that with just the sausage first and get it slightly more done , then add the peppers and onions and a heap of garlic , tails would go last as stated .
but none the less i bet money that was ridiculous good table fare
looks rather tasty no doubt about it ...

Looks great!!! I always fry my sausage till a crust forms on the bottom of the pan first. Then use the aromatics to de-glaze pan with a little heat and some kind of stock. Crawfish stock would work very well here or chicken stock, the old "standby"..

The pictures still are making my mouth water......................
