    but it was a hog back strap .....and it was cooked forever ....
    and seasoned heavily with ...the hardcore carnivore spices blend of 2 types ....Name: 20201128_130729.jpg Views: 385 Size: 91.9 KB
    pecan smoke for most of the day ....225 range ....
    just a puffing away .....
    wrapped in foil the last couple of hours for the finish ...
    bought some mighty fine bar b q sandwich material ....
