    Default Big Country’s Baked Fish

Butter the bottom and sides of a 9X13 pan.
Cover the bottom of the pan with fish fillets.
Season both sides of the fish with Tony’s Season, Red Pepper, Black Pepper, and Limon Pepper.
Sprinkle top of fish with Limon Juice.
Cut one large onion into rings and cover fish.
Cut one large Bell Pepper into rings and cover fish.
Open two cans of Campbells Golden Mushroom Soup and spread over fish, onions, and bell pepper evenly.
Bake at 425 F for 45 minutes. (35 minutes covered and 10 minutes uncovered)
    Serve over Fettuccine Pasta.

    That’ll work.
Pass the "Sportsman Baton" on before you're gone, promote values for others to hunt and fish upon.

Sounds good except the mushroom part... I'd have to substitute for something like Cream of Fish soup...lol

I use cream of shrimp in the crappie bisque recipe's and it is outstanding. could do that here.

sounds interesting and would be good for those folks who claim to not like fish or have bad memories of how someone made crappie badly for them before.
