    Default Taco Tuesday

Step 1. Catch some Crappie, yep, did just that this morning. 67 degree water temps they were in the brush.

Step 2. Clean fish, 7 fillets will do, man they are pretty in their Breeding Attire.

Step 3. Assemble the ingredients, takes more time for prep than cook. I like to grill mine but tonight they were just brushed with butter and sprinkled with Blackened Seasoning and broiled.

Step 4. Assemble Tacos, fish and cheese on one side, Chipotle Ranch, Avocado slices on the other, in the middle Pico and shredded lettuce.

I added more Hot Sauce to mine. Enjoy Taco Tuesday, and stay safe please!

I caught more than 3 fish, I only used 7 of the filets for the 5 Tacos. 3 for me, 2 for the wife.....easy math
