    Yummy, interesting beer. Not a lot of Prickly Pear in these parts.

    That would work just fine for me too. I second that there's no Prickly Pear around here either.

    Looks great to me! I’d try the beer for sure, especially since I gave up beer (and bourbon) for Lent. I’d try about any beer right now (except an IPA)

    Shiner is a Texas made beer and they have all different kinds of seasonal things they do .
    it has a just a hint of sweet to it and is pretty tasty .
    The fish baking mix is homemade and has all kinds of things in it .
    I like panko and breadcrumbs and a little possibly fish fry mix added with lots of garlic powder and onion powder and cayenne and lemon pepper and parmesan and etc etc etc …..I just make it to taste in a big zip lock
