Mustard and beer season with Seasonall salt and lots of garlic. Let sit over night or at least 8 hours. You will have a great fish fry

Salt, pepper, and then mustard. Have the grease ready, dip in the flour, then straight to the grease. Don’t let them sit out with the flour on them.

I seen everyone talking about the mustard. Well went and try it tonight just the mustard and yellow corn meal. I usually just use the yellow corn meal. I was amazed how good it tasted gave the fillets a more crisp taste and more crust.

My bath is 2/3 brown spicy mustard and 1/3 Frank's hot sauce. Add a little water to thin.

Then enjoy with cornmeal seasoned however you like.

Not spicy once fried so the kids eat it up. Name: 20200412_193337.jpg
