    Does anyone else use yellow mustard in their egg wash for fried fish and pork chops ?

    I used spicy mustard till I bought some of the pulp that is left from making Tabasco sauce. That is some good stuff. Just add it to the cornmeal.

    Cray, I bought some yrs. ago at the plant on Avery island. You might find it online.
