Question Smoking a turkey - Too brine or not too brine ? ? ?

Gonna smoke a turkey on Thursday. As for brining - Talk me into it or out of it. Wife says NO brining, due too the salt.
Any recipes you recommend? I found a few online, watched a few videos.
I think she said two 6#'ers is what she bought.
She's cooking one in the oven, just in case!
    Drinkin coffee, missin fish.

No way I'd smoke one without brining it. Makes it much more juicy. I've used an apple juice brine with great results. You can find the recipe on da Google.

Brine for me also. May not be the healthy choice but it sure makes it taste better

When we do ours in oven(no smoker) we do it breast side down makes it so much moisture never dried out.

Brine for sure !! Upside down in the oven is great too.
The finest gift you can give to any fisherman is to put a good fish back, and who knows if the fish that you caught isn't someone else's gift to you?"

Thanks too all! Looking at recipes online, I found some "spatchcocking". Thoughts?
