This is another good batter mix for frying
3/4 flour
2 tbsp cornstarch
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup water
Cook till it's golden brown. We use this amount to cook about 10 medium size fillets, adjust as needed.
