    Default Crappie Tacos

Had a hankering for some tacos.... so I invited these five fellas over for dinner! Filleted and cut them into strips.... dipped them in breader and dropped them into some hot peanut oil. Made some homemade Bang Bang sauce to top them off and it was all over! Felt like we went to a upscale restaurant! Had to make a few chicken nuggets for the family while the oil was hot..... they go good with that homemade sauce too!

Those look great, love Fish Tacos. Do mine very similar, just blacken them on a griddle and assemble.
