    Default Bluegill crab boil

I have read articles on line where blue gill were filleted then cut in chunks and cooked in crab boil. Has anyone tried cooking them this way?

I roll the fillet up and tooth pic it. drop into boiling water (with crab boil seasonings) boil a few min(look up the correct time I have to every time I do it lol) then scoop out and place in a bowl of ice and in the freezer. some lemon and garlic butter or dip in cocktail sauce and gobble them down. I can put away some filets like this! remove the pin bones and its much more enjoyable.
