    crappie cut in strips and an egg bath and rolled in panko and baked is just flat out the best crispy not oily fish fingers ever …..
    and yes some fresh spinach and roasted veggies is ok too
    and corn on the cob is hard to beat as a second side
    sure was a tasty dish I tell ya
