    Default Lake To Table

Swimming in the Lake yesterday, on the plate tonight, crusted with Parmesan and Panko, served with a side of Lemon Peppered Roasted Cauliflower and Carrots and a store bought Steam Fresh Quiona medley.

Did you cook that with an air fryer?

I baked the fish in the oven along with the vegetables. 400 degrees for 20 minutes on the fish. I started the veggies 10 minutes before the fish at the same temperature, just rotated the dishes once from middle to top rack to ensure even cooking. I just received an Air Fryer as a gift and I am starting out with basic items with it to get used to cook times and techniques. I have been going back and reading some of the posts here about the Air Fryer and it looks promising for the fish fillets.
