    Default Mojo Crappie

Tried a new recipe tonight. Mojo Crappie! Melt butter in sauce pan, add minced pineapple slices(maybe just lay slices on top of fish). Add Mojo Rub made by Badia spices. Contains garlic, onion, parsley, citric acid, salt, peppers, crystallized lime, lemon oil, and rice concentrate as an anti-caking agent. I added some salt free cajun seasoning. Put filets in baking pan on foil, add filets and pile the sauce on. Cook on gas grill til just starting to brown! Turned out much better than I expected when I tasted the sauce before cooking. fyi www.badiaspices.com Name: IMG_1968.JPG

Sounds good, will look for that Spice at the grocery store! I like the Mojo Criollo marinade on pork, never seen the dry rub.

A friend suggested that I try it with crushed pineapple. Wow! Even better! Plus or minus a dash of Tony's.
