something iv always wanted to try is turtle but curious which turtles are bad to eat and which taste the best?
most of the time you catch basic snapping turtles i fish a large creek about 150 feet across in some parts and it has some alligator snappers which are very meaty looking so id think it would have tonsssss of meat on him
so in your experiences whats the best turtles to eat and if any to avoid? and best way to cook them
