    Default fillet knife blades


    i bought the 14 dollar filelt knife from walmart and was curious if most fillet knife brands will fit for instance if i bout the rapila 6 inch replaceable blades would it work in this possibly?

    They won't fit unless the hole & notch are the same as the one that came with the Walmart knife. Some brands don't even have a hole or notch and some have more than one of each.

    My GE knife blades will not fit my American Angler or my Mr Twister, as their GE blades have two small holes and a stud on each blade (no notch). My AA and Mr Twister knife blades will fit in either one of those two knives, as will my Berkley Shark blade. All of those blades have a single hole and a square notch in the blade's butt end.

    Looking at the ad for that Ozark Trail knife that you bought, I see the knife blades have only studs on each blade .... so I'd say you're going to have to find Ozark Trail blades to fit it.

    aww dang the rapila blades r alot better i hear but ohh well idk if they even sell those blades tbh since the knife itself is only 14 bucks

    At the price of blades you could just about replace the knife if and when you wear those out.

    yeah exactly its funny how the rapila knives r 6 bucks but the whole thing is 50 bucks iwish t god i could just buy rapila bladesto put into my ozark trail

    well im sure they will dull eventually given its a 14 dollar product so was curious if i could upgrade with better parts
