Seems like a lot of you have grits as a side for your crappie. What's your best recipe?

Palmetto Farms Stone Ground Grits. We use half water/half whole milk to cook them and keep it simple: butter, salt, finely ground black pepper. We substitute heavy mixing cream for the whole milk when we have an excess of cream in the fridge and it takes them to another level.
