    Default Backbones and tails

Caught a few big ole good ones this weekend. I fillet all my fish and give most away. I save these for myself, and just leave a little meat on them bonesName: IMG_1277.JPG

I love the taste of fish on the bone, and the tails are like 'tater chips only better.

My grandmother loved fish cooked this way. She said when we filleted them we threw away the best part. I can remember as a kid keeping a few of the “bones” each time we cleaned fish and taking them to her to enjoy. Haven’t seen this in years, thanks for the memory.

It's great for when I am just cooking a few pieces of fish for myself. Gets hot fast, and doesn't use much oil.
