    Exclamation Brisket


    Very lightly trimmed; Salt & Pepper dusting. Head Country injected!


    Smoked it for about 6 Coors Lights. Then put in foil pan and sealed. Just pulled it 16 hours later

    If my timer was Beer it would smoke 3 to 4 days
