    Default i love my baked crappie


    a quick egg bath and a good coating of panko ,bread crumbs and spices
    dropped gently on an oiled cookie sheet and 20 minutes at 350
    and KABOOM

    You have a great meal there.
    We tried this recipe last year and it has become one of our favorites.

    I dont turn em but if one did about 15 minutes into it they might be to crispy ..depends on what your definition of to crispy is I guess ...lol

    Well, I tried some last night with a little different breading to suit my low carb leanings and they were very good. I'll do that again playing with the spices. I asked my wife, who is a 'meat n taters' gal if she liked them. She said she really did but "seems like a waste of perfectly good crappie." lol.
