Pass the "Sportsman Baton" on before you're gone, promote values for others to hunt and fish upon.

Never tried chitlins or hog head cheese but I don't think I would like them. OK, of things I've tried but didn't like in the last 59 years, Beef liver.

I can tell you that I've tried a lot of different things in my 46 years and I love fried çhitterlings, ate them all my life BUT, BUT, BUT about 3 years ago I tried boiled çhitterlings. I cannot describe the awfulness that one small bite bestowed upon my mouth. It was a cataclysmic taste of rotten meat and catfish guts that had been in a bucket for about a week to long. I have eaten anything from putted meat with mold on it (no telling how old it was) to K rations dated to the Koren war and boiled chiterllins far superceded anything that I have or I belive I ever will put in my mouth.

That being said I will try them one more time just to make sure that it was as awful as my son and I thought they were. Fried chiterllins are good though. Course I'm under the notion that you could fry a turd and make it taste good. Haven't found nothing yet that I don't like fried. My two cents
