    Jim there is long thread on this recipe and variations right here. I was trying to post it in that thread but still trying to figure things out. It was great, all my fishing buds and wives loved it.

    We live on Truman Lake in Missouri and we eat a lot of crappie and catfish so always looking for new recipes. Thanks

    Did this one and did Crappie Bisque couple weeks ago and they both are AWESOME! just go thru all of the cooking thread and gives you a lot of ideas

    coming to truman for Spring camp, never been on it but looking forward to it.
