    Cooked this recipe tonight in a GoWise Air. Fryer convector oven. Turned out great.

    Not to revive an old thread but this is an oldie but a goodie for me... fixed it up with some corn and parsley potatoes and it sure was good

    VaCrappieMan, funny that you bumped this up. I just got finished cooking a keto version of this recipe for the first time. Oh my it's good. I took one bite and got on here to post a thanks to the OP because it's incredibly good. I just used an egg wash and straight parmesean cheese. I added salt and pepper to the cheese and that's it. It's delicious.

    been making this since joined CDC and real favorite with a lot of my friends and family. especially when after 15 minutes put on the marinara sauce and mozerella cheese to really make fancy. like it with spagetti, salad and crunchy bread.
