    The best thing I ever done was joining crappie.com!! I have learned so much from everyone on here and made so many friendships over the years. I have went fishing with several people that I never would if it was not for crappie.com. I would say that is the best advise I could give you is to join crappie.com and learn from one another.     Best advice would be to find an elderly man and ask questions. They usually have been fishing for many years and have lots of knowledge.
