• Cavender's Greek Seasoning

slab, this you will love. take 2 mallard size ducks and breast them out. cut each breast side into 6 or 7 small chunks and soak all the pieces in a bowl with a can of pet milk poured over them for 30 or so minutes. take a walmart sack and pour in a cup or so of flour and a heaping spoonful of cavenders greek seasoning and shake that up. take the duck pieces straight out of the pet milk and dump into the sack of flour and shake them up to coat them good. fry until done and it doesn't take long on each side. a chef at a duck lodge down in central ark gave me that recipe several years ago. I think you'll love it.

I'm not a duck eater, but I'd try that. Cavender's is also great rubbed on deer roast, wrapped in bacon and roasted.
