Water temp at 8:30 am was 69.2. Lake great lookiinng blue green. Wind about 4-5 mph out of the east. Trolling cranks speed was 1.6 mph to 1.9, if you went any slower the fish would swallow entire crank bait. Fishing 10-13’ of water running the cranks about 8 to 9’ down. In 3.5 hrs it was a slam fest and I couple times was only using 2 rods. Crome clown, Orange bone, and any other color would work as it made little difference. Caught several solid black tuxedo males under 10”. Kept a limit of 10 to 14 and 3/4 with one scratching 15”. Real nice mess of 12” and bigger with a few over 10”. I only saw one other boat maybe long lining jigs. The fish I cleaned were mostly females and the eggs still no way ready. They were gorged tho on shad and belly’s full. Kept one yellow perch again. Table is 24” wide. Prime time is here.
