"THUMP for Precedent" is unquestionably

my Primo modus operandi as easily substantiated in today's tally for Mr. Speck. Don't fret... as I also enjoy the multiple arsenal of rods of l/l'g & s/r'g- that typically puts the ratio of success in the angler's favor. But for me, give me the hand to hand combat scenario that single-poling presents. Although I had my full arsenal at-the-ready, the only rod touched today was a 5'6" med-lt. w/4# mono and mini 1/32 oz jigs tipped w/Bobby Garland baby shads offered in many different colors(5). Fished from 8 - noon with big fish(<15")

coming aboard around 11'ish(high sun) that would add handsomely to my limit of 25.



Estimated total to be between 40 -50 that added up to be one of the best single-pole days in many moons! One solo 2lb whiskered-fella added to the mix with quite the fight on skinny tackle. Definitely a double dose of Thump Therapy in today's office visit! Thanks for coming along...
