• Quick Trip and TARP

Days are getting shorter, nighttime temps are getting cooler, yep, it’s Fall Y’all. My deep summer pattern is slowly drying up...literally. In about a month the spots I fish will be dry ground so I am trying to get a few last afternoon trips in before that happens and deer season starts.

    ?
18ft deep and stacked last week, this brush pile had a few on it this week, but a little shallower and cooler. Slab said "Slabsauce Rocks".

    ?
Best fish of the night was hiding here, a TARP white crappie that fell victim to a BGBS in Blue Ice.

    ?
    ?
He had a few friends, and several were invited home for my neighbors freezer.

    ?
    ?
Black and White Crappie, fattening up for the Winter they are so get out there if you can, they are biting.
