• Viral Crappie Roadtrip of 2020 - First Stop Shelbyville Illinois

The roadtrip began with me delivering a puppy to my Grandson in Illinois. Kovu was a great companion during my long drive, gonna miss that that little rascal (both them).

And so it begins! I drove back to Indiana and picked up the guber. Our first Crappie stop was in Central Illinois. We put up signage to make sure we were practicing social distancing. It's funny how well that sign worked. Once read most folks took a step back and kept a reasonable distance. Or was that because of how scruffy both Billbob and I looked! We'll never know!

Steve fed us well, no toaster pork chops, but the filet mignon was even better, yay Steve.

Tim started a fire, which no one stood around cause it rained most of the time, making his rain shelter a big hit though! lol

Even got a visit from the neighborhood dog at Steves place. Zoey's owners moved a couple miles away, but Zoey still makes her way back to the RV park to visit, how cool is that. Great dog.

And I had to include another pic of grandson with his new puppy. Looks like they'll get along just fine.

aw nothing like bringing a pup to a grandson or any kid really. used to raise and train labs and loved it when they let the kids pick out which pup they wanted. GFY two gubers sounds like you all had a great trip and those camps arn't hard for social distancing as long as you don't get in the way of the grub and get run over.

missed having our camp at Truman this year in MO.
