Shu goes home happy

So shu comes over this morning and we go fishing. I figure I’m gonna show him my new toy, the livescope, and we’d at least catch a few with it. We go to Picciola point since I had caught some there a couple days ago with vbottom. The Fwc placed attractors there and it’s a good 10-12 ft of water there.

We seen a ton of fish but they would not bite anything. Shu even tried minnows, nothing. So we decided to change it up and troll. We trolled both sides of Picciola point and never caught one crappie. We fished three hours, no crappie. Ok we’re done. We’re gonna try one more spot. And holy smoke. We caught’em. 17 nice ones in two hours. Prolly some of them best fishing we seen in a long time on griffin. I think it was all luck. And wow, livescope allowed me to see my baits out back behind the boat. And I even seen the bites. It was so cool. I would see the fish, and I would see that the bait was above it. I would grab my rod to let out a little more line and while I did, I’d get the hit and the fish. I did that a couple times. I’d even call out to shu when I’d see fish near the baits, and sure enough, we’d get bit. Awesome sauce. Shu went home happy. Yay

Oh, I almost forgot to mention, Shu once again is convinced about the Slabsauce. He brought minnows which were given to him free (he already swore off buying minners anymore). And the sauce outfished live minners while trolling. Wow, y'all got to get "on the sauce" for sure, just ask Shu.
