• I think they are catching on to me

    Went last night alone because no one else could go (at least that's what they said ) so ventured out to 1 of my usual spots and after only 1 keeper in an hour, I moved to another usually decent spot. Put 4 keepers in the live well in about 30 minutes, then the bite leveled off. Ended up keeping 16 medium ones, let about the same amount of smalls and slabs go to eat another day. I get asked to fish local tournaments on a regular basis, but lately everyone is busy when I go after food. Could it be be because the last few times it has been slow when I take someone? Lol.

      NICE! They taste better when you have to work for them. If I lived near you, I'd be available any time. Love crappie fishing. I don't have any crappie spots up this way where we can catch them on any regular basis except during the spawn in spring or though the ice. sometimes, through the ice is iffy.
