    I know some of yall are curious about what's happening on the lake. Well I am also so I made a trip. Lol

    Found some fish hanging on stumps on the edge of the channel near forks ferry area. Most of those were 12 to 15 ft deep tight to the stumps.

    I kept 23 and all but one of those were black crappie. Try as I may I could not get on a white crappie bite today. I marked fish at various depths in the channel anywhere from 10 to 20 ft deep but couldn't make them bite...

    With cooler weather coming in the next few days maybe that will bunch up the shad which will bring in the white crappie also because right now I still see shad flipping out on the stumps flats so I assume that's where the big white crappie are.

    Here's some hand modeling to get ya by till next week....
