• Slabsauce for breakfast ?

    These, and about 20 other redear and B-gill thought it sounded (smelled) good !

    Went out at dawn, and was home by 9:00 am. Caught them on a 8 foot Berkley Power Pro, with a Tiny Light spinner spooled with 6lb high vis, with a 4lb mono leader.

    I used 1/32 oz pink/black/chartreuse jigs tipped with chartreuse and pink nibbles, and dipped in Slabsauce. They were all on the bottom, in 4 to 6 fow, near a channel bend.

    I could sure tell when the sauce wore off, and had to dip em again. I think the juice had more impact than the nibbles, as I only used them intermittently as the little tail pullers kept stealin em !!!

    I kept 8 nice ones for the pan, and let the rest go, including one redear that weighed 1pound 3 oz !
