D'Arbonne Gathering 11/8-11/2018

We All had A DOG gone good time at the Gathering this Year ---- Thanks to you SLAB, and Bill Bob for coming to have Two one of a kind shirts for 5 Watt and 10 Watt and their Own Crappie Tackle Boxes... This first gathering of all the Team Overalls from The South ,, North ,, and Traveling Chapters together for the first time -- Pretty sure there will be more to get on that team... Spot was so excited he did not want to eat for Two Days.. To all the Sponsor a big thank You --Making Crappie Fishing the Fastest growing sport Thanks to their Efforts and my Buddy Jerry Gross from Meat Getter Jigs at Lake Washington Mississippi .. We had paper to have the Sign In page and Door Prize Drawings

I started with the Official Dog of the State of Louisiana -- the Catahoulia Curr -- For the Group We had so many there they would not all get in the same picture at one time -- however there were 6 more to come after the Group picture -- there is one photo of the sign in sheet for names -- however the names of the Children are not on It and there were 7 of them... Maxwell told me one of the Boys had TWO pieces of Pecan Pie for Breakfast before they went fishing - now the rest of the Pictures...

20 Watt was the First Name Drawn by his Son for the Door Prize drawing -- There was a Cheer from the whole Crowd --- I am glad I was there

Great time, fantastic food, super nice people! If you looked up Southern Hospitality in the dictionary I’m certain there would be mention of this gathering! Made every minute of our one way, 16 hour trip, worth it!

Great report.....thanks Larry for taking the time to post this.....a special Thanks to all the Sponsors....thanks to the CDC folks from up North that made that 16 hour drive......thanks to the Big Man upstairs that it was a safe weekend for everyone....I enjoyed meeting all the new faces...
