Well fall's cooler weather is right around the counter. With all the rain this past week I got a chance to go this morning. Caught several and kept 19 crappie and one blue gill. Water was a bit cooler this morning started out at 79°water temp. and was 82° by the time I left. It was cloudy cooler this morning around 69° at 6:00am when I left home with a Northern wind about 3-4 mph and changing to South western wind around 11:00 am. Was using minnows and black and chartreuse curly grubs tipped with a chartreuse nibblet. Summer has been a tough bite so maybe the fall bite will be better. Hoping everyone is having a good fishing year. I will be looking forward to seeing everyone's fall fishing reports and pictures soon.
