• Upgraded the tent.

    Those that know me, know I have been tent camping for 50 years.
    For a variety of reasons it was time to upgrade the tent. Took me two years of research to find the right one.

    We ended up with a KZ 231RK Sportsmen 5th wheel camper. Perfect couples camper for the wife and I. Plus has room for the grandkids when they come. The camper is designed with the Sportsmen in mind. Its short enough I can tow my boat behind it and be legal in Illinois (60'). Plus has a heated under belly for those cold season deer camps and early spring and late fall fishing trips. We got the upgraded fridge (10 cu ft), upgraded a/c 15,000 btu, and upgraded furnace 30,000 btu.

      Nice, my father double pulled like that, having the boat and camper on trips to High Rock in NC was nice.

      Thanks all. Fall fishing has begun. I'll be camping/fishing 4 out of the next 5 weekends. Grandchild #5 is due tomorrow, so this weekend is up in the air. Otherwise it would be 5 for 5.

      I've never pulled double, so how does it work? Do both trailers go right when you turn the wheel CCW?
