• Cold morning in Maine

Hello everyone, new guy here. Glad to be a part of this forum. I made an attempt to make a post last week with some really nice pictures of some slabs but unable to upload them due to my phone settings not being correct. Had a great day last week, we caught 50 to 60 Crappie mostly around 14 inches. But as they say, "no pics, no fish."

This week my fishing partner and I hit the pond at sunrise this morning. The air temp was 39 degrees, a chilly start. Went to our favorite pond and did well again. Didn't catch as many as last week at the other pond but still managed to get about 30 in the boat in the 12 to 14 inch range. Mostly all females in shallow. All released. Here are a few pics. I had a couple more pictures but, for some reason they won't upload again.

Nice fish. Wish we had some of that 39 a.m. cool around here now. Went yesterday and about burned up and it's only May! Water temp 87 degrees down here in South Arkansas.
