Outstanding gesture for an old Sarge

I have been hooked on C.c since a neighbor told me about it several years ago. It is an awesome sight and I was lucky enough to be invited to help moderate it. For a retired guy looking for things to do , it was exactly what I was looking for. I have been fortunate to have made a number of friends through C.c , quite a few in person and some just on the sight. But every now and then you find out just how great our members are and how much they care about people. I met one recently when I bought a few lures from MonteSS through the personal classified, of which I am a mod. He noticed the USAF emblem in my avatar and put a picture of a bait he painted in his add for me to see. I commented on how great it was and told him a little story about a reel and bait I have in my man cave for display. The reel is an Ardent USAF edition and the bait is an F4Phanton square bill. The F4 was the fighter I worked on while in the USAF 73-77. Anyway to wrap it up, when I received my baits from him, there was a special bait he painted for me. I was speechless with emotion for a while, thinking that someone would do something so special for me. Like I said, you meet and make friends with some awesome people on C.c.
