I was helping my sister n law move Wednesday evening and I asked Xander what he was doing Thursday! (He wasn't going to start his new school until Monday!) He said sitting here at home so i told him to pack ya bag and come stay with Uncle Josh and we would go perch jerkin in the morning!
We got up early and headed out to Lake Ivan! He had to have him a sausage biscuit and a bag of cracker jacks before we made it to the ramp! I got him settled in with his 3 poles on his side and and then got mine and we set off spider rigging! I look over and he's pouring him a cup of coffee! lol I just said you might not like it! Well the boy drank my whole thermos! I got one cup out of it! He said this stuff is addictive, I got to tell my mom to make it just like yours Uncle Josh!
Oh and we did wear some big black specs out! We brought home 61! We were fishing 7 rods and had 6 fish on at one time! I sat back and finished off the cracker jacks and laughed watching him work those poles and hollering for help! All I heard was fish...fish...fish! On the way home he told me he wanted his own pole and jigs and a coffee thermos for Christmas! I had a blast!
