Foggy Monroe 12/28

Buddy that fog was thick this morning. Couldn't even see my jigs landing in the water 30' away. Rods were dripping like I was fishing a thunderstorm. But the feesh was happy about it. Left the ramp at 6:30 and idled out and started fishing at 7:15. Caught 53 and kept 18 sammich makers. Left go 11 really fat and bloated up females. Noticed again today large majority of fisb cleaned were females. Kind got a feeling these record highs might have the big males fooled and they are started fanning. Gonna do some checking on that next Friday if the warm weather holds. Left when the fog cleared enough to see around 10:30, but the opp was still walled in thick.





Well back to work tomorrow for 3 days. Sure had fun playing with them the last 3. Oh and meteor shower was the color of choice today.
