• Wheee - busy weekend

    Cooked bacon wrapped grilled shrimp, pastalaya, shrimp fritters and made a romalaide sauce for the State game. Then picked a 5 gallon bucket of possum grapes and after it was all said and done, it made 12 1/2 pints and 3 pints of Jelly. Can't wait to try that and hope it's as good as I remember my moms being. Oh one last thing GO STATE!!!!

    oh yeh and spicy roasted gobanzo beans. Yummmm

      I tried the possum grape jam last year. I got 4 8 oz. jars that were great, but did lots of damage to the vines.
