    Default Daughters pig


    Funny story 6 to 8 boys all fishing this little pond catching small bluegill, my daughter walks up ask if she can have one of those gills. Throws the gill out and wham she now has her hands full.     U ought to have seen the one that got away.The one that got away broke brand new just spooled Berkley big game 14 lb test.Reeled it up to the boat no problem..reached back for the net--- it made a run for it ,,,,had my drag locked tight and it snapped the line,,,and im still crying.Doh

    i love my shimano but something aint right with the drag.It dont have hardly any middle way settings nowaday.Its like all or nothing. i usually only have problems with reels drag that i use braid on,,the no stretch lines are hard on my reels.This one aint had no braid on it,,use to use 14 lb big game know i got 17lb cajun on it.Next line change out it going to be re-spooled with Sufix

    Check the little runners or waffers inside, they move to adjust drag, and may be dirty or worn.
