Seems happy to me, so yah done good.
I took a friend and his grandson out on Brownlee Reservoir yesterday. We spent most of the day panfishing but I knew the young guy really wanted to catfish so we finished the day on cats. He broke his personal best with a 7lb'er then topped that with a 9.

We have lots of catfish in our area, I’ve never taken the time to fish for them. Looks like that might be a fun thing to try.

They are fun and good eating. I like the 3lb'er's best. Bleed them and put them in an iced cooler. Fillet them then cut down the lateral line separating the top from the bottom loin. On the outside of each loin trim off the zebra striped layer. Makes a world of difference to my taste buds.

Good looking catch. Getting rid of that red meat sure makes them milder tasting
The love for fishing is one of the best gifts you can pass along
Boy I wish I lived closer to Brownlee! Been there a couple times and one of these days I'm gonna find a baby sitter for my dogs and go again for a copuplke days!
Very nice! Good eating right there.

Boy I'd like to get to Richland and fish for them. But just to many dog's to take with me and they love to run! Went with my son years ago fishing from the bank and we got quite a few really nice eating size fish. These days it's the John Day river and last couple years haven't been that good! But did catch my biggest last year, 8 1/2 pounds! Place over near Twickingham I'm wanting to try but haven't done it yet!
