Nice video, nothing like a platter of fried catfish.Me and number one son took an outing a while back, had fried taters with eggs scrambled in,and a side of bacon, all cooked on the open fire in cast iron skillets. For supper it was deep fried fish with a side of fried taters, and onions,if you ain't cooking in black iron on an open fire, your not really livin.

Reminds me of many riverside/lakeside meals my family enjoyed when I was growing up. I agree most foods just taste better outdoors. Reward follows effort and I see you are really enjoying your effort, WTG.
Pass the "Sportsman Baton" on before you're gone, promote values for others to hunt and fish upon.
