    Love those slap black crappie.. The weather looks nice to. I have put my shorts away a long time ago here. And yes that is snow in the boat..lol Were are all the trees?

    I got five 2.10 pounds
    This year.... We're the
    Biggest, PB is three
    From lake Perris on
    A live shad that measured
    18 inches,,,,,,
    Not bad for so-cal, LOL !!!

    WOW Mike!!!! Thats awesome, i know it would be tough to find crappie at castaic. Do you slow troll like spider rigging or just fish your sonar on structure?

    Depends what time of year your fishing,,
    75% of the time I'm looking for bait and
    Then slow troll through them, if you have
    A slight breeze blowing I use the wind....

    At the tail end of summer their hugging
