Thats great odatria, Looks like a nice bunch of fish there. Good going, I have to work this Saturday and Mothers Day is this Sunday so I can't come out this weekend. I am planning on fishing on Monday. Lopez or Maragrita, Both lakes are hot right now. Where are you located.

Does anyone fish Cachuma Lake? Will be heading that way in a few week. Starting to do a little research on the area. Thank you...

I fished it once. Caught a few big crappie on cranks. But if you are fishing from the bank I don't know to much.

I went up to Santa Margarita Lake on Fathers day and there is a big algae bloom there. With all the rain in the spring bringing in new nutrients and the hot weather we got a nice bloom going. I was talking to a friend and Lopez Lake has it own bloom going on too. Not as bad but the water is turning a darker green. Crappie fishin has really slowed down on both lakes.
