    Default Yamaha 175 Sho - hour meter install


    Has anyone installed an hour meter on their Yamaha outboard motor? I want to add one to mine but not having much luck with advise? Mine is a 2018 model has a stock tack and fuel gauge but hour meter.
    Any help on what type to get and over view on install if possible.

    Steve,
    Get the hour meter made by Yamaha that has a wire the wraps around the spark plug wire. That’s what I did.
