I see the most popular size looks to be 6’ long but when I measure it out on my boat it looks like it’ll be interfering with at least one seat. Does anyone else here have a 170tx with Bimini top? If so, what size?
I dont have the same boat but you could always have a look onto how it connects to the boat. The reason I say that is you can see the black straps, they just clip on and there is a screw where the metal part attaches to the boat. I could have it off within 5 minutes. Mine doesn't really get in way, or more of deal with it due to massive benefits of keeping it sun or rain. Maybe a little for my kicker but not enough for me to take it off. I need to get it reupholstered but I think its about 6 feet.

Having fished without one and now I have one (came with boat) I will always try to have that shade!

Hook City TV uses umbrellas rig that could also work but have to take umbrella lol
