Default This past weekends project was boat lights

I bought some of those cheap waterproof ebay RBG strip lights and put them on my previous boat and really liked the way they turned out so a couple of months ago I ordered some more to put on the boat I have now and just got around to putting them on

Looks great, my only question is do the white ones attract bugs? I am definitely going to look into putting the outside ones on my boat.

Can you legally put green lights all down the side like that? I thought red and green were off limits when it came to installing them like that.

You can use them while anchored or trolling. It's a no no while under power of big motor.

There will be days when the fishing is better than one's most optimistic forecast, others when it is far worse. Either is a gain over just staying home.

I have some blue lights inside mine, came that way. Wondering about the bugs too.

I installed blue led's on the inside of my boat and they are great for lighting the floor up and attracting bugs
